Mother Art guarantees all merchandise.

Because this is a home business, we may not always be able to answer the phone or return email right away. Rest assured that we will call or email you as soon as we can, so please when calling leave your name and number and when emailing make sure you give us all the contact information we need.

We ship USPS for most orders and UPS for heavier orders.



We try to recycle our packaging materials as much as possible, therefore your box may not be beautiful but the world may be a little greener for it.

Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original condition within thirty days of purchase. Note that personalized items are not returnable. Please include a copy of your receipt, and the credit card number you used to make the purchase. If you are returning an item that is fragile please make sure that you package it well, as we cannot be responsible for damage suffered on its way back to us.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges unless we made an error and sent you the wrong item.

You may wish to employ tracking or insurance on your item(s), as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
